This notice describes the supplied version of Daybreak Coffee Journal. The publisher and the hosting and email providers have not yet been confirmed; enquiries remain unavailable until their details are completed.
Reading without an account
Articles can be read without registration. There are no analytics tags, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or embedded social feeds. The hosting provider may process connection logs; its identity, processing location and retention period must be added before launch.
Writing to the journal
The contact form contains an optional name, email address, subject, message and an explicit consent checkbox. Once configured, these are used to respond to the enquiry, not to enrol you in marketing. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
The supplied handler forwards messages through the publisher’s mail service and does not keep message bodies in a site database. A temporary hashed connection address limits repeated submissions. The publisher must set and disclose the mailbox retention period, access permissions and any international transfers before collecting messages.
Browser preferences
Only an acknowledgement cookie is offered. It is set after your choice and lasts up to 90 days. Choosing not to save removes it. See the cookie notice for details.
Questions about information you share
You can ask the publisher about information held about you, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights and obligations depend on the law and the actual business. The confirmed editorial email will also receive these requests. No contact address is invented during preparation.
Privacy concerns
Once the publisher contact is supplied, it will receive privacy questions and complaints as well as enquiries. If a concern is not resolved, information about Australian privacy complaint options is available from the OAIC. This notice does not claim that every provision of the Privacy Act applies to an unidentified publisher.
